Assist attorney in an eviction (rare, but it does happen)
Accounting of all funds
Mid lease and final move out walkthroughs
When necessary file a claim on the Tenant's Security Deposit

Income verification (e.g., pay stubs/offer letters) and ability to pay
Credit review with attention to landlord debt, collections, and payment history
Background checks (criminal and eviction records where permitted by law) with thoughtful, consistent criteria
Rental history verification by contacting prior landlords
Guarantor evaluation when applicable
